PURPOSE: A mobile tracking and monitoring system and a method therefor are provided to monitor a target mobile without additionally operating cameras by automatically tracking and monitoring the target mobile according to the motion of the target mobile. CONSTITUTION: An image information collecting device(120) collects image information including sensor information of mobiles from a plurality of cameras(121-123). An image providing device(110) determines image information including the mobiles on the basis sensor information of the mobiles from image information transmitted from the image information collecting device, and provides determined image information to a user. Coverage of a plurality of the cameras are mutually connected, and priority is provided to cameras adjacent to the first camera. Each of the cameras is logically connected with the other cameras by the priority. The image providing device successively searches image information of a plurality of the cameras according to the priority, and determines image information including the mobiles.
