Air conditioning device and method for plant culture

The air conditioning device has a fan (3) and at least one heat exchanger (4). The fan is positioned above the heat exchanger and/or a cooling mat, whereby the fan and heat exchanger are positionable on an end of a culture table. An air feed (1) for fresh air and/or for recirculated air is arranged essentially vertically relative to the fan. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a method of air conditioning plants.
