PURPOSE: A car locking device for a toll parking lot is provided to prevent a car from running away without paying toll. CONSTITUTION: The car locking device for a toll parking lot comprises: a lift plate(200) reciprocated vertically between front and rear wheels of a car; a case formed by adhering a board closely to four sides to form a space on the lower part correspondingly to the lift plate(200) and provided with a stopping hanger installed to each board; a cylinder(400) supporting the lower part of the lift plate(200) by a rod(410) and installed to the center of the bottom of the case; a pair of brackets(210) fixed on both lower sides of the lift plate(200) and suspended on each stopping hanger; and an inclined plate(300) fixed to the end of the rod(410) and folded downward at the appointed angle.
