PURPOSE: A stretching device of a tie rod is provided to realize the strong tensile force and a compact structure and to secure the excellent assembling property. CONSTITUTION: Both pistons(6,7) and the lowest piston(6) are combined with a tie rod(1) to be detachable by a center bolt. A screw hole(13) is formed in the lower part of the lowest piston to be combined with the tie rod. The screw hole is formed in the lower part of the piston(7) to be combined with a screw pin to be protruded from the piston(6). Cylinder portions(8,9) are combined to be detachable by a moving device(27).
