<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic device, easy in filling insulating resin into a gap provided in one part of an iron core and capable of reducing noise, and to provide a lighting apparatus employing the device. <P>SOLUTION: The first iron core 1a, in which the leg piece 12a of a T-type iron core 12 is wound by a coil 3, is constituted and a second iron core 1b connected magnetically to the first iron core 1a is constituted by surrounding the first iron core 1a and the coil 3 by a C-type iron core 13 and a part except the leg piece 12a of the T-type iron core 12. The C-type iron core 13 is provided with a recessed place 13c, in which an opposing surface to the tip end surface of the leg piece 12a of the T-type iron core 12 and both surfaces in the direction of thickness are opened and the tip end of the leg piece 12a of the T-type iron core 12 is entered, and a gap 2 is formed between the tip end of leg piece 12a of the T-type iron core 12. The T-type iron core 12 and the C-type iron core 13 are connected after winding the coil 3 around the leg piece 12a of the T-type iron core 12 and, thereafter, the insulating resin is filled into the gap 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
