PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical cured concrete strength measurement method which coincides more with the reality, and to provide a measuring unit. SOLUTION: The measuring unit of the cured concrete strength measurement method allows a specific steel, such as a steel ball or a hammer, to hit against a cured concrete structure to be measured, or a test piece by two times, measures repulsion hardness R1, R2 with respect to the first and second collisions (S21), based on the travel distance of the steel piece caused by repulsion to the collision of the steel piece; calculates repulsion strength R1, R2 to the first and second measured collisions and repulsion strength by at least three collisions, by using a specific expression Rn=R1+(R2-R1)×Σiai (i=a series from 0 to n-2, n≥2) (S22), uses measured or calculated repulsion hardness, derives compression strength (S) from an expression (S=An+Bn×Rn)(S23), and displays or records the derived compression strength (S24).
