PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which groundwater in a low-depth underground aquifer 2 in an underground shallow section is pumped up from a ground surface 1 and used as a heat source and a cooling source and groundwater after use is injected to the aquifer 2 at the same water level as the pumped-up aquifer 2. SOLUTION: Boring is conducted in the lateral direction in parallel in the layer of the low-depth underground aquifer 2 from the underground wall surface 4 of a shaft 3 for excavation excavating a place up to a place reaching the aquifer 2 from the ground surface 1, and a pump-up strainer pipe 5 is laid. An injection strainer pipe 6 is laid by the same method even in the aquifer 2 at the same water level in the opposite direction, and underground water is pumped up from the pipe 5 by using a groundwater circulating pump 8 installed on the ground. Groundwater is transferred to a use facility 10 and utilized as a heat source such as heating, a cooling or the like, and returned to the aquifer 2 again from the pipe 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
