PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the incursion of dust or the like from an opening by bringing the tip end of the peripheral wall of an inner rotor into close contact with a lower half when the inner rotor moves to the position of closing the head insertion opening. SOLUTION: A disk cartridge 1 comprises a disk 2, a shell 3 rotatably housing the disk 2 and having a head insertion opening 37 on a side face, and an inner rotor 5 rotatably disposed between the upper half 41 of the shell 3 and the disk 2 to open/close the head insertion opening 37. An inner rotor pressing means 7 is disposed to press the tip of the peripheral wall 74 of the inner rotor 5 to a lower half 42 when the inner rotor 5 moves to the position of closing the head insertion opening 37.
