PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good ventilation condition of an engine cooling apparatus and reduce noise around a machine. SOLUTION: In this hydraulic excavator, a radiator 27 and an oil cooler 28 are arranged to oppose each other with keeping an interval in a machine chamber 24, an air inlet and an air outlet is provided to form separate ventilation passages A, B for the radiator 27 and the oil cooler 28, and the engine 34 is mounted at a location separated from the ventilation passages A, B.
