<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic-made cup-shaped vessel which can improve the feeling of mouth touch of a mouth-portion flange without weight increase. <P>SOLUTION: The cup-shaped vessel 1 has a body portion 2 and a mouth-portion flange 4 outwardly expanding from the opening margin 3a of the body portion 2. The flange 4 has a flange main body portion 41 having a constant thickness t (41) and a thick outer circumferential margin portion 42 having a thickness L and formed on the outer circumferential margin portion 4a. The thickness t (41) of the flange main body portion 41 is small, and only the thick outer circumferential margin portion is thick enough. Therefore, the cup-shaped vessel 1 has a reduced weight and improved feeling of mouth touch of the mouth flange 4 in comparison with the conventional cup-shaped vessel having a totally large thickness of the mouth-portion flange 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
