PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image storage system with excellent user-friendliness. SOLUTION: The image storage system includes: a digital camera for storing image; a station wherein the digital camera is installed; an image storage apparatus connectable to the station; a control means for executing a capture control program for capturing image data in order to capture the image data stored in the digital camera installed in the station and storing the image data to the storage apparatus; and an operation means for revising prescribed settings set in advance to execute the capture control program after the capture control program is started. The control means is configured to attain acceptance of revision of the prescribed setting by the operation means only for a prescribed period, executing the capture control according to the prescribed setting when no revision of the prescribed setting is made by the operation means, or executing the capture control according to the revised setting when the operation means revises the prescribed setting.
