<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a portable charger from theft while it is used for charging. SOLUTION: If a withdrawal detecting means 4 detects the withdrawal of a charging paddle 2 while the antitheft device 10 of a vehicle itself is in operation and, further, the charger capacity decided by a charger capacity decision means 6 is smaller than a predetermined value, (i.e., the threshold of the charger capacity for discriminating a portable charger from a charger for a charging station), a charger theft decision means 11 instructs the antitheft device 10 to raise a theft alarm. With this constitution, if a thief withdraws the charging paddle from the charging port of a car to take it away while the portable charger is in charging operation, the theft alarm of the antitheft device which is in operation to protect the car from theft raises an alarm to inform the user and people around there of the theft, so that the portable charger can be protected from theft.</p> |
