FIELD: chopping-off ice from ice block located in ice storage. ^ SUBSTANCE: floor of ice storage has specific construction; it is made from parallel longitudinal tubular components with intermediate slots in between them. Said components carry ice chopping members made in form of strip. Floor components are mounted for individual rotation and are set in motion by collective method. Ice may be also chopped-off by longitudinal edge sections of floor. ^ EFFECT: enhanced unloading of ice to transport facility. |
