PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box which can be disposed of in a manner eco-friendly and prevent a powder from occurring when taking out components or disassembling. SOLUTION: The packing box P is formed in an approximately rectangular parallelopiped form of a bottom tray 1 forming the bottom wall of the box, a front wall 2, a rear wall 3, a left wall 4 and a right wall 5 forming sidewalls, and an upper tray 6 to serve as a lid of the box. In addition, a base 7 mounted across the left wall 4 and the right wall 5, a lengthwise cushioning material 8 to be mounted on the base 7 and the bottom tray 1, and a breadthwise cushioning material 9 mounted on the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 are provided inside the box P.
