<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out sure and quick maintenance management in a heat supply facility having a plurality of management objective apparatuses and to reduce burden of a management operator of the heat supply facility. <P>SOLUTION: This management system is provided with a first computer 9 arranged in a monitoring center 8 of the heat supply facility 1, second computers 11 for correspondents A, B..., and a communication means 10 allowing communication between the first computer 9 and the heat supply facility 1 and between the first computer 9 and the second computers 11, and required information is automatically transmitted from the heat supply facility 1 to the first computer 9. The first computer 9 is provided with a setting means, which sets the correspondents A, B..., for each of the management objective apparatuses in the heat supply facility 1, and a determination means making selection between the correspondents A, B..., on the basis of the received request information, and necessary information is transmitted from the first computer 9 to the second computer of the selected correspondent A, B.... <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
