PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive wall-surface diagnosis apparatus capable of smoothly elevating diagnosis apparatuses at regular intervals between a wall surface, presetting the required number of the diagnosis apparatuses based on a state of the diagnosed wall surface, over a wide diagnosis during one rise or fall and which has a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Guide wheels 6 are provided in the vertical directions abutting against the wall surface W at four corners of a rectangular frame 3. The diagnosis apparatuses are provided on lateral frames 4a, 4b of the rectangular frame 3, and guide pulleys 8 are provided on longitudinal frames 5a, 5b of the rectangular frame 3 at a larger distance from the wall surface than wheel shafts 8 of the guide wheels 6. Guide wires 13 are received by the guide pulleys 8, respectively; upper and lower ends of the guide wires 13 are held in the direction of the wall surface W; and the rectangular frame 3 is constituted elevatably.
