<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GRC (glass-fiber-reinforced concrete) board which can eliminate or decrease the reinforcement by ribs or the like, is easily formed at a low cost, shows sufficient strength as a GRC board even when it is thin, and has an excellent heat insulation performance; and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The GRC board has a cellular part of 7-15 vol.% formed by foaming and may be a flat board having no rib. In its production process, for example, a slurry before casting is foamed, then poured into a mold by the normal method, subjected to cure hardening, and demolded, thus resulting in a board having a cellular part of 7-15 vol.% formed by foaming.
