<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition which has high sensitivity and high plate wear responding to laser exposure and which is improved in storage property, safelight property, safeness and cost, and to provide a lithographic printing plate using the above composition, and its processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition comprises a polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group, a metal arene compound, and an acid generating agent. The acid generating agent is a compound containing at least one of trihalomethyl group, dihalomethyl group and dihalomethylene group.
