<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a host duplexing method and a disk multiplexing method and an RAID control unit capable of executing the duplexing of a host(mother board) by cold stand-by, the electric separation of the non-conductive mother board necessary when an RAID1 system is integrated and connection switching with a disk device. <P>SOLUTION: An RAID control unit 14 is arranged between mother boards 12 and 13 and a disk 15 in cold stand-by disk sharing configurations constituted of a power source 11, mother boards 12 and 13, disk 15 and buses 5 and 6, and connected through buses 5 and 6 to the mother boards 12 and 13, and a disk 16 and so on are added so that the multiplexing of disks in an RAID1 is enabled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
