<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phased array antenna device which is applicable to both broad-band and narrow-band, can be downsized, has a simple structure, and can be manufactured with ease. <P>SOLUTION: The phased array antenna device is provided with a signal generation device 31 for generating a high-frequency signal a, a feeding circuit 41 connected to the signal generation device 31 and having functions to perform power distribution of the high frequency signal a, and to give a predetermined route delay quantity to each distributed signal in accordance with a difference of a route length, a high frequency module system 50 connected to the feeding circuit 41 and having a function to amplify electric power, adjusting delayed high frequency output signals b<SB>1</SB>to b<SB>n</SB>supplied from the feeding circuit 41 to predetermined phase values, and an electric wave radiation system 60 for radiating amplified high frequency output electric waves d<SB>1</SB>to d<SB>n</SB>output from the high frequency module system 50 into the air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
