PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifungal composition and to provide an antifungal and insect-proof formulation, which have substantially no smell, give a sufficient antifungal effect together with insect-proof effect and have no such problem as stability. SOLUTION: The antifungal and insect-proof composition and the antifungal and insect-proof formulation contain components (A) and (B) [(A) is a pyrethroid series compound and/or 2-phenoxy ethanol and (B) is N-(fluorodichloromethylthio)-phthalimide and/or N-dichlorofluoromethylthio-N',N'-dimethyl-N-phenyl sulfamide] and, besides the components, a component (C) [3-iodo-2-propynyl buthylcarbamate and/or orthophenylphenol].
