PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a failure, and to inexpensively stabilize the performance of an infrared ray sensor by cutting dirt flowing out of an infrared ray detection hole of a heating chamber and the hot air of the heating chamber by a simple constitution, and simplifying a light receiving mechanism of the infrared ray sensor. SOLUTION: An air blasting guide 32 is mounted between the outer wall face of the heating chamber 21 and the infrared ray sensor 33, and a pressure space is constituted in the air blasting guide 32 by the air blasting pressure of a cooling fan 33, whereby the dirt flowing out through the infrared ray detection hole 37 from the heating chamber 21 by the pressure of the air blasting guide 32 or the hot air from the heating chamber 21 is cut off.
