PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the formation of harmful trace components contained in thermal decomposition gas without causing the complication of equipment and the increase of the equipment scale, and while suppressing the increase of running cost. SOLUTION: In the thermal decomposition treatment device where the object (a) to be treated is subjected to thermal decomposition treatment, a mixing apparatus 14 where incineration ash is added to the object (a) to be treated, and the added incineration ash and the object a to be treated are mixed, and a thermal decomposition furnace 4 where the object (a) to be treated mixed with the incineration ash by the mixing apparatus 14 is subjected to thermal decomposition treatment.
