PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset printing blanket wherein though high skill is not required when the blanket is wound around a cylinder barrel of a printer, it can be fixed so as to have a uniform thickness over the whole of the barrel and a good printing performance is held. SOLUTION: A sheet-like printing blanket is provided by laminating in a sheet state a surface printing layer 11 on a substrate layer 12 having lower layer bases 13a, 13b, 13c, a compressive layer 14 and an upper layer base 13d, and wound on a cylinder barrel part to be used by fixing its both ends by inserting into a cylinder barrel gap.
