PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for cutting poultry meat that can completely cut large a block of poultry meat into small blocks enough to be directly used to cookings, simultaneously forming cuttings to each middle thick part in the thickness direction to extend the thick part from the cutting positions toward both outside directions for flattening the small blocks whereby the appearance of the meat is improved in processing e.g., broiling or frying. SOLUTION: A plurality of circular blades are fixed to a shaft and allowed to rotate with the rotation of the shaft, thus is used as the cutter for cutting poultry meat into small blocks of desired sizes. In this case, the plurality of circular blades 4 for cutting of desired diameters are attached to the shaft 3 at a prescribed interval to adjust the size of the small blocks. Further, circular blades 5 of a smaller diameter than that of the circular blades 4 are arranged to the positions between the circular blades 4, 4 for cutting. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
