PURPOSE: An asset management system and a method thereof are provided to increase business efficiency by collectively managing the asset such as the movable estate and the real estate including facilities, and reducing a business volume through an automatic business process. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an input/output terminal and a centralized center. The input/output terminal inputs/outputs the digital data including the asset information. The centralized center comprises a web server transmitting/receiving the digital data with the input/output terminal, a database receiving/storing the digital data transmitted from the web server, and a management server linking with the database and the web server, and managing the input/output data. A system module comprises a spatial management system module through the CAFM(Computer Aided Facilities Management) offering the spatial analysis data, a barcode actual object management system module, a paintings and drawings management system module, and a budget management system module.
