TFT ARRAY PANEL TO PREVENT INCREMENT OF RESISTANCE BY FORMING ONLY TWO CONTACT HOLES

PURPOSE: A TFT array panel is provided to prevent increment of resistance in a process for connecting a bumper to a connection line by forming only two contact holes. CONSTITUTION: A TFT is formed on a surface of an insulating substrate. A gate driving circuit and a data driving circuit(510a,510b) are formed on the surface of the insulating substrate. The gate driving circuit and the data driving circuit are connected to the TFT. The first to the nth connection lines(20c) are used for connecting adjacent data driving circuits to each other. The first and the second auxiliary contact members(30a,30b) are connected to the connection lines. The first and the second contact members are formed at predetermined positions apart from the first and the second auxiliary contact members.
