PURPOSE: Provided is a process for manufacturing morpholine-borane to minimize the use of organic solvents or organic matters, thereby easily manufacturing morpholine-borane rarely smelling at normal temperature, and extracting it within a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing morpholine-borane of the formula(1) comprises the steps of: reacting morpholine and anhydrous hydrogen chloride to synthesize morpholine salt; and reacting the morpholine salt, sodium borohydride with ethylene glycol dimethyl ether.
