An evacuation device (14) has a sucking cannula, a sucking device (28) and a liquid container (38). A control device commands the functioning of the projecting device and the sucking device simultaneously. Each cannula has handles (22, 32) and regulating valves (26, 36) which are maneuvered by a hand.
