<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate on the outside of a vehicle that a seat belt is surely fastened by lighting an illumination lamp (emerald green) color, (or) which serves also as a width indicator, in the morning and evening and on cloudy days and rainy days, so that unnecessary inspections are eliminated for promoting straight road traffic and for excluding bad drivers to promote the wearing of the seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: When an engaging tool (5) is connected from a box (4) to a box (3), the seat belt vehicle outside illumination lamp device receives power supply from a battery (8) installed in a vehicle body in response to a connection signal (main electrical signal) of a box panel (2) and lights the illumination lamp device (7). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
