PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligent type valve actuator having functions of collecting state data from various sensors, self-controlling opening/closing states of a passage by a valve, self-diagnosing deterioration states or the like of a device, predicting replacement timing or working states of female threads, seals, etc., and conducting operation actuation and maintenance. SOLUTION: In this intelligent type valve actuator, measurement values from the sensors are displayed, measurement values of the state data are processed in response to information beyond set values 61 by a control circuit 6 to generate state output 35 for replacement and repair of parts, alarm, etc., and passage opening/closing actuation by the valve 5 is self-controlled in response to the measurement values.
