PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound, exhibiting an excellent CCR5 antagonistic effect, and useful as a preventing and treating agent of HIV infection to human peripheral blood monocyte cells, and especially of AIDS. SOLUTION: This compound or its salt is expressed by the formula [wherein, R1is 5- or 6-membered ring; R3is H, a lower alkyl or a lower alkoxy; R7, R8are each H or a lower alkyl; Z1is a further 5- or 6-membered aromatic ring; Z2is imino or a bonding; X is CR (wherein, R is H, a lower alkyl, a lower alkoxy, an acyl or may form a 5- or 6-membered ring togeher with adjacent R4) or N; R4is NR5R6(wherein, R5, R6are each H, a substitutable hydrocarbon group, a substitutable heterocyclic group or an acyl) or a substitutable heterocyclic group of NR5R6formed by bonding R5with R6; and R2is an amino, a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group or the like].
