<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply install an electronic vibration generating apparatus 1 in relation to the gas channel of a treatment device since only the vibration of an electronic vibration generator 3 is transmitted to the gas channel of the treatment device and to easily activate gas such as oxygen or air. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic vibration generating apparatus 1 has the electronic vibration generator 3 comprising a body 3a of large electric conductivity, a light source 2 radiating light to the generator 3, and a conductor placed between the gas channel of the treatment device supplied with gas (for example a sewage treatment apparatus or a combustion apparatus) and the generator 3.
