PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat surface molding form material reusable by recovering the form material after completing construction when used for constructing a form for slab construction. SOLUTION: A cross-sectional shape of a prescribed length part of a reinforcing projection on the first form member rear end side and a cross-sectional shape of a prescribed length part of a reinforcing projection on the second form member front end side, form the complementary relationship for allowing sliding fitting of both. A slide allowing slit for receiving a part of a mating form member when sliding both form members while overlapping mutual plate parts, and fitting the mutual reinforcing projections, is formed in the prescribed length part on the first form member rear end side or the prescribed length part on the second form member front end side. A first form member and a second form member can be adjusted in the length in the longitudinal direction in a prescribed range by slidingly joining the mutual reinforcing projections in a fitted state by mutually superposing the mutual plate parts.
