<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new underwear for diaper wearers preventing the wearer from looking to have a diaper on in appearance, blocking unclean action of throwing the hand into a diaper and easy to change. <P>SOLUTION: This underwear for diaper wearers comprises an upper garment part (A) and a pants part B which are united with each other.
