PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing paper winder requiring no change in a constitution according to a mode of winding various printing paper (label paper 9), and applicable to both when directly winding the printing paper 9 or when indirectly winding the printing paper via a paper tube. SOLUTION: This printing paper winder is characterized by movably arranging a U-shaped hold lever 19 on a winding shaft (a core); making the printing paper 9 settable-removable in a first position by making a position of the hold lever 19 variable; and having a core part 18 capable of winding the printing paper 9, and the hold lever 19 movable and settable to the first position for forming a little interval between the core parts 18 and a second position for fixing the printing paper 9 or a core tube for the printing paper 9 between the core parts 18 by paying attention to being windable in the second position.
