The gas sensors (S) output detection signal according to concentration of nitrogen oxide (NOx) in the gas exhausted through an exhaust tube (41) of the combustion engine. The difference in detection property of the gas sensors is canceled based on the prestored detection sensitivity data of the sensor. An independent claim is also included for gas concentration detector.
