<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrition management system and a nutrition management method, and a program for executing nutrition management for making a dietitian perform proper calorie calculation or nutrition diagnosis on the basis of the meal image of a day when the user has taken three meals per day. <P>SOLUTION: This nutrition management system 10 includes a management server 14, and a meal image photographed by a portable terminal 12 with a camera by a user such as a diabetes patient is transmitted to the management server. Then, the user access the management server 14 from a user terminal 16 such as a personal computer through the Internet 20, and makes the user terminal display the meal images in a fixed period stored in the server. Afterwards, the meal images for one day or three days when the user has taken three meals, that is, breakfast, lunch, and supper within one week are selected, and a menu memo or the like is additionally entered in the respective meal images so that meal data can be edited.
