PURPOSE: Structure for preventing the overflow of engine oil in a rocker case of a cylinder head is provided to prevent the delivery of engine oil with blow-by gas to an engine due to the overflow of the engine oil from the upper portion of a cylinder head in a rapid turn of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A blow-by gas discharge hole(3) is formed in a wall surface(2) of a rocker case of a cylinder head. A pipe(4) connected with an intake system is connected with the outer portion of the rocker case. The blow-by gas discharge hole is connected with a blow-by gas induction pipe(5) via a bolt(7). The position of the other end(8) of the blow-by gas induction pipe is higher than a flange(6) of the blow-by gas induction pipe. According to the structure, the overflow of engine oil is avoided.
