PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle transit state determining device capable of determining multiple times the transit state of a vehicle at specified positions for determination. SOLUTION: A determination processing control section 121 requests a setting information management section 11 to send setting information S. The setting information management section 11 sends to the determination processing control section 121 the setting information S having the number of determinations times n that is not zero. The setting information management section 11 rewrites the number of determinations times n of the setting information S by decrementing with one.
