PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the inconvenience due to the stop of DC input, without using a counterflow preventive device, when charging a battery with power, where the DC input is the same as the charging voltage of the battery and is controlled to be constant voltage/constant current for the charging. SOLUTION: When the charging current of the battery drops below a preset threshold, when a power source where DC input is at the same voltage value as the charging voltage of a battery and is controlled to be constant voltage/constant current for charging is connected, this charging equipment starts intermittent charging, and this detects the voltage drop in the power line charged by the intermittent charging processing and stops the charging so that the counterflow from the battery does not occur, when the input voltage is stopped.
