PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide storage equipment capable of automatically storing objects to be stored with high space efficiency. SOLUTION: This storage equipment is provided with a plurality of supporting means 20 which can move freely on an endless passage 36 in a vertical direction C. A transfer means 60 for delivering the objects 140-145 to be stored through a carrying-in outlet port 38 provided so as to face the endless passage 36 is provided. The transfer means 60 includes a delivery body 80 which can move in a transverse direction through the carrying-in outlet port 38, and the delivery body 80 is constituted so as to be positioned not to interfere with a movement track 28 in a group of the supporting means 20 at the time of non-action of the transfer means 60. The group of the supporting means 20 is moved on the endless passage 36, and the corresponding supporting means 20 is made to face the carrying-in outlet port 38, the delivery body 80 is operated, and the objects 140-145 to be stored can be delivered to the supporting means 20 with the delivery position in a constant condition, thus storing only the objects 140-145 to be stored.
