PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance information notifying apparatus in a communication network system capable of improving the convenience of a user by dispensing with specific operation other than normal dial operation, when obtaining the notification of a guidance message by a mother language which the user can understand and enabling the reception of support by a communication operator in a contract network of the user when performing a roaming service. SOLUTION: When a caller inputs the telephone number of a receiving destination by normal dial operation in a cellular phone 18, the guidance information notifying apparatus 22-1 notifies the cellular phone 18 of a transmission source of guidance message information by a language corresponding to a telephone number of the transmission source, and the guidance information notifying apparatus 22-2 notifies a stay-at-home telephone 20 at a receiving destination of guidance message information by a language corresponding to the telephone number of a receiving destination. Additionally, the processing instruction of the guidance message information is received from exchanges 12, 14, and the guidance message information is notified to the telephones 18, 20 corresponding to the instruction.
