In a power-generating section with a stack structure, temperature variation, along a direction in which power- generating bodies and the separators are layered, of the power-generating section is minimized to maintain the temperature of the power-generating section uniform. The magnitudes of cross-sections S1-S4 of heat-radiating fins (73a-73d) are dependent on the magnitudes of widths w1-w4 because the fins (73a-73d) have the same thickness t. The fins (73a-73d) are arranged with the widths w1-w4 of each of the fins (73a-73d) adjusted such that a heat-radiating fin (73a) has the smallest cross-sectional area S1 and the cross-sectional areas of the other fins become smaller in the order of S2, S3, and S4. This means that the amount of heat transmission is regulated in accordance with the cross-sectional areas S1-S4 of the fins (73a-73d), so that the temperature gradient relative to the layered direction of the power-generating section (70) is reduced and the temperature of the power-generating section (70) can be maintained substantially uniform. |
