Between the input shaft (14) and the output element are appliances for transferring drive momentum from the input shaft to the output element. A working connection is created between a first appliance (16) and the output element so that an alternating movement of the first appliance is convertible into movement of the output element. The input shaft has a cam (18); the working connection is controlled by the tensile force of a spring element.
