PURPOSE: Retaining walls for river to protect an ecosystem are provided to secure a shelter and a habitat of underwater life in the rainy season or a great flood and to protect nature, by installing ecosystem protection facilities to the front of the retaining walls. CONSTITUTION: In retaining walls(300) for river to protect an ecosystem, the retaining walls are installed to the sides of river. An ecosystem protection facility(400) is fixed to the front of the retaining wall with fastening nuts(320), to secure a habitat of underwater life. The retaining wall is formed in a reverse T-shape and plural anchor bolts(310) are installed to the front of the retaining wall. The ecosystem protection facility comprises a lower fastening frame(410), an intermediate fastening frame(420), and an upper fastening frame(430). Semicircular grooves(414) are formed to the front of the lower fastening frame and the rear of the lower fastening frame comprises a plate(412) having fastening holes(413). The front and the rear of the lower fastening frame are fixed through welding. In the intermediate fastening frame, the front is formed in a T-shape(421) and semicircular grooves are formed to the upper and lower parts of the front. In the intermediate fastening frame, the rear comprises a plate with fastening holes and the rear is fixed to the T-shape through welding. In the upper fastening frame, semicircular grooves are formed to the front, the rear comprises a plate with fastening holes, and the rear is fixed to the front through welding. The ecosystem protection facility is fixed to the anchor bolts with the fastening nuts. |
