摘要 PURPOSE: A high-density polyethylene reinforced synthetic drain pipe is provided to enable smooth draining by preventing a drain from being choked owing to the bending and breakage of the drain pipe. CONSTITUTION: A high-density polyethylene reinforced synthetic drain pipe(700) is made with a polyethylene material, a steel rod, and glass fiber, to secure high-strength structure. Plural band-type outer reinforcing frames(200) are fixed to the outside of a polyethylene inner wall pipe(100). First resin is layered on the polyethylene inner wall pipe by a spray device(400) in a state where a spring-type steel rod(300) is combined and then secondary resin is layered and finish resin is layered on the outside of the polyethylene inner wall pipe in a state where a glass fiber reinforced net(500) is adhered closely to the outside of the inner wall pipe to constitute a polyethylene outer wall pipe(600). To extend the drain pipe in the longitudinal direction, the drain pipe is combined to a semicircular groove part(810) of a fastening and securing stand(800) and then a connection part is connected with a connecting band(900) and is fastened with fastening bolts(950).
