PURPOSE: A sealing cap is provided to maximize an adhesive strength between the adhesive and an adhesion substance of a sealing cap. CONSTITUTION: A sealing cap(10) to intercept elements formed at the surface of an object adhesive member from an outside is adhered to the object adhesive member. A plurality of through holes(H) are formed on an adhesive member. When the adhesive member presses an adhesive deposited at the object adhesive member, some part of the adhesive flows through each through holes to top surface of the object adhesive substance.
