PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition comprising triple-stabilized tocopherol and a method for preparing the same are provided, thereby stably preserving the titer of the active material, inhibiting damage to skin lipid, improving skin wrinkles, and improving hydration and immunity. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the cosmetic composition comprises triple-stabilized tocopherol comprises the steps of: (a) inserting useful active materials into a nonionic surfactant containing the aqueous component and emulsifying the mixture at high pressure to prepare a first stabilized nonionic surfactant vesicle; (b) inserting the first stabilized nonionic surfactant vesicle into the phospholipid containing the aqueous component and emulsifying the mixture at high pressure to prepare a second stabilized sphingosome; and (c) inserting the second stabilized sphingosome into the mixed emulsion base of oil phase and aqueous phase to prepare a third stabilized lamella liquid emulsion base.
