PURPOSE: A method for making a shock absorbing shoe and the shoe made using the method are provided to absorb a shock generated when the heel of the shoe is contacted to the ground mostly by the heel of the shoe. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: forming a concave vent groove and a storage chamber on the top surface of an outsole; forming an outer profile of a shoe; assembling an elastic pad element; perforating through holes; applying an adhesive; ageing the adhesive by general means; bonding the elastic pad element to the storage chamber of the outsole, a pressure pad element to the top surface of the elastic pad member and wing parts to the expanded surface of the storage chamber; compacting the adhesive parts of the outer sewn around the outsole by closely contacting them each other; bonding a liner and making the through holes cover the pressure pad element; and laminating the insole to the surfaces of the liner and of the pressure pad.
